Our story
Our story began in 2016, when two foodies and steak lovers in particular met. In Italy, visiting family, we learned what good aged meat tastes like and we wanted to show it to you.
The name of the restaurant means "beef" in Italian, which we take care of with love every day. We have had a lot of help from family living in Italy, for which we are very grateful.
Our goal was to create a space where people could sit, slow down and enjoy the highest quality meat. We are more of a small restaurant, which is characterized by a less formal and friendly approach to guests.
Our restaurant was one of the first in Žilina, where you could taste aged "DRY AGED" meat and also steaks from lesser known parts such as hanger steak, spider steak or top blade steak.
