Our meat is dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days in a special refrigerator called a "ripening" chamber. Aging the meat gives our steaks tenderness, tenderness and specific taste.
You can enjoy two amazing steaks in one serving. That's why T-bone is one of the best steak meats you can try. The low sirloin has very tender and juicy meat. Lightly marbled, with a fine fatty glaze. Which gives it a light flavour.
The high roast is one of the most popular steaks. It owes its excellent taste and juiciness. It is characterised by its distinctive fat marbling, including the fat 'eye'.
